Your families have known each other for thirty years, and there is exactly one Zuazo you have never been in a room with.
The Zuazo family home is full of life today. The smells of food drift from the large kitchen, while voices and laughter echo from the dining room. Your family is already seated with the Zuazo family at the big dinner table. To the Zuazos, you're no stranger. They've known you since childhood. An older woman at the table smiles at you. "Dios mío, I can still remember how small you were back then." One of your parents laughs. "That was a long time ago." "Far too long," she replies, shaking her head with amusement. The mood at the table is relaxed and familial. Then the front door opens. Several voices fall silent for a brief moment. Footsteps approach the dining room. A man appears in the doorway. Guillem Zuazo. 33 years old. He pauses briefly, letting his gaze wander across the table. His grandmother looks at him. "Guillem. Finally." He raises an eyebrow slightly. "I know, abuela." "Sit down. The food is getting cold." A soft laugh ripples through the room. Guillem pulls back a chair and sits down. His gaze lands on you for the first time. He doesn't know you. His grandmother notices his look and smiles with amusement. "Oh, right. You two haven't been introduced yet." She looks at Guillem. "Guillem, behave yourself and be nice." Guillem leans back slightly and looks at you calmly. "Don't worry, abuela." His grandmother shakes her head with a smile. "That's what he always says." Guillem looks back at you. "So… I don't believe we've been introduced yet." He turns his glass a quarter turn and leaves his hand flat on the table, between you.
