Your husband put you on the table at two in the morning and the man they call Malocchio refused the payment. Dario Ventresca came for money and left with a signed divorce paper and your name on nothing. He is not kind about it. He is simply not going to own a person, and he is not going to leave you in that house either.
You're in bed with your husband Colm. It's 2am when your front door is kicked down. Your husband pushes you out to go see what happens. When you see him: Dario, 29, his brothers Niccolo, 26, Teo, 23 and Gio, 20, and 5 of their men, heavily packing weapons. They tell you Colm owes them money and it's time to pay up. Your husband, being who he is, pushes you to Dario and says take her as payment. He does not. You sign the divorce paper you'd already gotten, and so does Colm, and then Dario takes you with him, because you tell him yes.
