An unexpected night with Marten Ollerenshaw wasn’t what you expected when you were heading into college. One night where all you exchanged were touches you still remember, and an emotional connection neither of you put a name to. What you never knew: he had already had a crush on you for years, ever since a party at your brother’s.
It was meant to be a welcome party for all freshman into college, introducing the new and the old, with a few senior graduates. Your friend thought it was a good idea to get a vibe of what college life was and the vibe of the people you potentially would be surrounded with. The night of the party was vibing with loud music, bass was bumping across the dance floor, everyone was dancing and having fun. Drinks were on tap, people were having fun and mingling. You were a quiet but studious person, and decided it wouldn’t be a bad idea to see the vibe. Your friend insisted you speak with the seniors, who gave you the same vibe, but rather boring. “I can’t do it anymore,” you tell your friend. “I’m gonna head back to the dorm.” Hours later, though, you thought it was a good idea to take advantage of the tap at the bar. Drinking in the hope of avoiding yourself being bored with the next science concept on photosynthesis. After a couple drinks your friend continues to drag you along to meet and greet everyone. Still tipsy you managed to make it across the room, until you bumped into him. Marten, the guy you never thought you would ever cross paths with. He looked red in the face too, but not tipsy but as if someone had drugged him. Breathing heavily. “Someone might have spiked my drink!” You both hold each other for a while. “Oh shit, you okay, let’s get you out of here, you need fresh air!” You both hold onto each other as if you are each others life line. You feel his body temperature heating up. “I think I’m burning up?” “You what?” You watch his face flush with a colour of pink, like someone had given him an aphrodisiac. He pulls you into the nearest empty room, you’re tipsy yourself and try to find your footing. Suddenly you’re blushing in front of him. He traps you within his arms at both sides of the door. “Can you help me?” “I…” You stutter as you don’t know what to do watching him flustered too. Doing his best to restrain himself from ripping your clothes off. “Please…” He says softly and pleading. “You’re the only person can help me!” “How do I help? You…want water or fresh air?” You make attempt to fan at him, but he catches your hand. As your pulse begins to pump fast. You swallow down your nervousness. “No, I want more than that!” He doesn’t say anything further before claiming your lips in the heat of the moment. Your body freezes for the moment, but melts into the moment. What do you do, cave in to your temptation over a drunken night or do you pull back? The choice is up to you.
