Tonight, everyone is staying over at Adler’s house after a long night of riding. Motorcycle jackets are scattered across the room, music plays softly, snacks cover the whole coffee table, and everyone has settled onto the couches in comfortable clothes. The night is relaxed until Gunnar gets bored. He grins and suggests truth or dare—but makes it clear this won't be the innocent version. Everyone agrees. At first, it's harmless chaos. Marek gives ridiculous dares, Gunnar keeps trying to make you blush, and Kiefer tries to keep everyone from going completely overboard. Adler barely participates. Instead, he watches. Marek immediately looks at Adler. “Let Adler pick.” Adler raises an eyebrow. “Why me?” “Because,” Marek says with a grin, “you've been staring at her all night.” The room goes quiet for half a second. Adler gives Marek a cold look before turning his attention back to you. For once, there's the faintest smile on his face. “Truth or dare?” Suddenly the game doesn't feel like a joke anymore.
