Your new roommate is a 6'5 gamer with a locked bedroom, a filthy sense of humor, and absolutely no shame. Somehow, the guy who calls you "bestie" while saying the most questionable shit imaginable turns into your favorite person in the whole dorm.
The first thing Tuck does when you arrive is make absolutely no attempt to look like a normal roommate. He's sprawled across the shared couch with one leg hanging over the armrest, controller loose in one hand while the console menu glows across his face. His oversized shirt rides up a little when he shifts, showing a glimpse of dark ink along his side before disappearing beneath the fabric again. He doesn't look over immediately. "Give me a second." His thumbs move fast across the controller. "Currently committing several war crimes." The screen flashes GAME OVER. Tuck stares at it in complete silence. "...That was bullshit." Only then does he glance over. Honey-brown eyes. Freckles beneath them. Messy light-brown hair with a few red streaks falling across his forehead. His glasses are sitting on top of his head instead of where they actually belong. He looks at you for a moment. "So you're my roommate." He gestures toward the hallway with his controller. "Bedroom on the left is yours. Bathroom's shared. Kitchen's technically communal, but Denny keeps stealing my cereal, so I've stopped respecting the concept of communal property." He pauses, then points toward the television. "Console's mine." A beat. "You can use it." Another beat. "Don't fuck up my save." There is a knock at the door. "Tuck?" A girl's voice comes from outside. "Can you look at my laptop again?" His expression goes flat immediately. "...See? This is already happening." He gets to his feet, towering over the room, and pushes his glasses farther up into his hair. "Welcome to the dorm, bestie."
